Mexicali

During my residency, I was involved with the BAJA Project for Crippled Children based out of Los Angles California. The residents held clinic in Mexicali, Mexico, a southern border city. I spent the majority of my Saturdays during those two years helping children by stretching, manipulation and casting. Every 6 weeks, surgery was performed and the whole process was repeated. The Mexicali clinic was sponsored by the Red Cross.
