# North Texas Foot & Ankle

> North Texas Foot & Ankle provides comprehensive foot and ankle care, led by a board-certified surgeon at locations in Dallas and Garland, Texas.

Dr. Matthew Hausenfluke, DPM, a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon, has served the DFW area for over 25 years. He focuses on a conservative approach to treatment options and surgical intervention, prioritizing biomechanics and functional results. Dr. Hausenfluke earned his doctorate in podiatry from Des Moines University and completed his residency at the Veteran’s Administration and Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas.

He has a history of international medical work, participating in the BAJA Project for Crippled Children in Mexico and "Operation Footprint" in Honduras, treating pediatric limb deformities. He also led a medical team to the Amazon basin in South America to provide care to Brazilian natives. Dr. Hausenfluke is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
